Why We Built This Site
Pennsylvania gives the public access to many court records, but access depends on the record type and custodian. Clarion County civil, divorce, judgments, appeals, and many writs route through the Prothonotary. Common Pleas criminal, ARD, summary appeal, miscellaneous, and juvenile dockets route through the Clerk of Courts. Estates, marriage, guardianship, adoption, and other Orphans' Court filings route through the Register and Recorder / Clerk of Orphans' Court. Magisterial District Courts handle traffic, non-traffic, small civil, landlord-tenant, preliminary criminal, and many warrant matters. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for those offices in one place.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
